I love this yarn at £1 per ball. It is a little rough sometimes and does go thready so you have to be careful sometimes to catch all threads BUT I have made quite a few summery items with it - I especially like using a bigger crochet hook and achieving a holey mesh or lacey effect - it is great for summer tops and shrugs - please keep making this yarn, especially in so many colour ways -thank you

This is the cheapest 100% cotton I can find anywhere.
It doesn't split all that much and I have already made a summer cardigan and have started a log cabin blanket for the car.
Colours are gorgeous and it knits well in stitch definition and on the needles.
I haven't tried it for amigurumi yet, but I am guessing it will work just fine.

Lovely and soft Verified Purchase
Lovely and soft. Thicker than a lit of dk. Would say between dk and aran so order slightlymore than youthink you'll need. Loosely twisted so can catch on crochet hook to start with but crochet up nicely.
