2.0 Images of Products
We try our very best to produce as close as possible colour images to showcase our products but due to every screen on Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and Mobile Phones having different screen resolutions, some colours being extremely difficult to capture correctly and the change in dye lots in knitting wools and yarns we cannot guarantee that the item(s) purchased will be exactly as seen on screen and colour shades may vary. By purchasing you agree to accept to these terms and conditions and confirm that no refunds can be issued on the grounds of shades not being exactly as shown on screen.
2.1 If you wish to return items that are under note '2.0' return postage costs will be applicable by yourself (the customer).
3.0 International Orders: All international orders are sent via Royal Mail, due to the expense of postage costs if an order is to get lost/go missing in transit, unfortunately we will not issue a refund for any postage costs paid. 

4.0 Sales of Goods
We aim to supply all goods sold to you as quickly as possible. UK Standard Delivery usually arrives within 2-3 working days and 1st class within 2-3 working days from date of dispatch, but can occasionally take longer (Europe up to 15 working days & R.O.W 30 working days). If by any chance your order is not received within 15 working days (from date of dispatch) you will be entitled to a full refund or re-dispatch of your order. If your order has not been received we require notification within 30 days (UK) and 60 days (Europe & Rest of the World) (from date of dispatch). If we are not notified within this time frame we are not held liable for loss or costs of your order. 
4.1 Items that state 5 or 7 working days before dispatch. 
Some items on our website state that they may not be dispatched for 5/7 working days. Please note that the above (4.0) is extended (5 or 7 days) to allow extra time for these circumstances. 
4.2 Sale/Clearance Products - We try to ensure we only send out the same dye lots where possible, but where items are classed as Sale items we are unable to guarantee or ensure that same dye lots will be received. Once an item/product is deemed as a sale/clearance product we only have a certain amount of stock available and these can be different dye lots.
4.2a All Sale/Clearance products are non-refundable (unless faulty/damaged)/ We may under our discretion accept returns of Sale/Clearance products if the products are still available on our website for purchase, are in a un-used saleable condition and within the usual returns time frame. 
 

LAW and JURISDICTION

These terms of use are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
