Warehouse Operative (Picking & Packing)

National Minimum / Living Wage (Hourly rate)
Hours
2 x positions available – 15 hours per week
Working pattern: 3 x 5-hour shifts per week, with additional overtime available when required

Role Summary
We are looking for two reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our team. The role involves picking and packing online orders efficiently and accurately, along with supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.
We’re looking for someone who is not only hardworking, but also positive and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking products accurately from stock based on customer orders
- Packing orders securely and preparing them for dispatch
- Labelling parcels and ensuring correct shipping information
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Assisting with stock handling and general warehouse duties
- Supporting the team to meet daily order targets
Requirements
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Friendly, positive attitude with a high motivation to contribute and fit in with the team.
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks as required
