RM 48 delivery will usually take between 3-5 working days and RM 24 between 1-3 working days. These are guidelines and can take longer in busier periods. Please note we do not dispatch any orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Click & Collect - Available for customers within a 25 mile radius of our shop.
If you are local to our shop, you can now shop online and collect in store from us. Place your order online and we will send you an email as soon as your order is ready to collect. We are here Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm. No minimum order, no postage charge.
All international postage is sent via royal mail airmail. All international parcels are now sent via Royal Mail tracked.

Delivery price is per 1.95kg ordered, for every increase above 1.95kg a further £9.99 for European Countries & £16.00 for Rest of World countries will be added to the postage costs.

Europe Delivery Time Scales - Between 3-7 working days but can take up to 15 working days
Rest of the World Delivery Time Scales: 5 - 10 working days but can take up to 20 working days if delayed by customs.
Please note we are unable to currently ship to the USA or Canada
International Orders - Tax Charges
Please note all of our products include VAT at 20%. All Europe and Rest of World orders are now VAT free. If you are in a VAT Free country 20% will be deducted from the total of your products at checkout when you select your delivery Country. However due to customs changes you may be charged VAT at customs for your delivery, please also note you may now also be charged customs and duty charges. These vary from Country to Country so please check what you may be charged beforehand as we will not be held responsible for these charges. If you choose to refuse payment of these charges and the item is returned to us, we will only issue a refund for the products purchased and not the postage costs paid.
Due to having both a website and retail shop from time to time there may be a cross over with stock if an item is purchased both through our website and within our shop. If there is an item you have ordered and unfortunately a cross over has occurred and we cannot fulfil this product we will substitute the item for the closest possible match. If there is not a suitable substitute we will contact you.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from The Wool Factory, you can return your item within 14 days in the same unused/saleable condition. Return postage costs are the 'buyers' responsibility and we do not accept responsibility if your returns should go missing.

Order Not Been Delivered?
If for any reason your order has not been delivered (lost in post), you will be entitled to a full refund/re-delivery of your order. Orders are not classed as 'lost' until 15 working days after dispatch of your item, once 15 working days have passed and you have still not received your item, you will then be entitled to a full refund/re-delivery of your item (as stated by Royal Mail.)
If you have not received your order within 15 working days please contact us. If international it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.
International Orders: Please note if your item is lost in transit unfortunately postage costs paid are non-refundable.

4.2 Sale/Clearance Products - We try to ensure we only send out the same dye lots where possible, but where items are classed as Sale items we are unable to guarantee or ensure that same dye lots will be received. Once an item/product is deemed as a sale/clearance product we only have a certain amount of stock available and these can be different dye lots (on yarns).
