If you are local to our store or our Warehouse in Mablethorpe, you can now shop online and collect in-store from us. Place your order online and you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.  No minimum order, no postage charge.

Order Not Been Delivered?
If for any reason your order has not been delivered (lost in post), you will be entitled to a full refund/re-delivery of your order. Orders are not classed as 'lost' until 15 working days after dispatch of your item, once 15 working days have passed and you have still not received your item, you will then be entitled to a full refund/re-delivery of your item (as stated by Royal Mail.)
If you have not received your order within 15 working days please contact us. If international it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.


International Orders: Please note if your item is lost in transit unfortunately postage costs paid are non-refundable.

We may under our discretion occasionally use different couriers or Royal Mail services to deliver your order. We will always aim to deliver your order within the time frames above.

4.2 Sale/Clearance Products - We try to ensure we only send out the same dye lots where possible, but where items are classed as Sale items we are unable to guarantee or ensure that same dye lots will be received. Once an item/product is deemed as a sale/clearance product we only have a certain amount of stock available and these can be different dye lots (on yarns).
