David will be all things customer service! He will be keeping our emails in check and adding new products to our website. We have also launched a new phone line at our new premises, so if you ever need to call us David will be here to assist!

My name is David and I have just joined The Wool Factory family to look after Communications. I look forward to speaking to you and helping you out with your crafting needs.
I have lived in the area for 35 years but have travelled most of the country working in Customer Service for many years and am pleased to help you lovely lot with your woolly purchases. I am a massive craft collector and hobbyist, dabbling in macrame, 3D Printing, crochet, vinyl crafting and many more. So pleased to be a part of the team where I can indulge in my hobby especially with the ever expanding range.
